Lake of the Ozarks Shopping
Lake of the Ozarks shopping is something that the whole family can enjoy. One very popular destination is the Factory Outlet Village. This is the largest outlet mall in the entire state. With more than 100 stores in one location, people flock to there to find name brand items for up to 70% off! Many families come to the lake for their vacation and take care of school shopping while they are here. That's the kind of multi-tasking we can really enjoy. Of course, there are a lot of different kinds of shopping you can do while you are here.
The many antique stores and curiosity shops are fun whether you want to buy anything or not. Filled with old brands, coins, tools, kitchenware, toys, and Ozarks and Bagnell Dam related items, taking a trip through the antique stores is like taking an informal trip to the museums. The only difference is that at the antique shops you can touch or buy everything on display. Dealers often can tell you more about their items than you would learn in a museum too. Don't be surprised if you find a bunch of old timers sitting around a wood stove talking about the local breweries from before the Dam was built!
