Lake of the Ozarks Pub Crawl 2011
The Pub Crawl has become a huge draw with visitors in February and lives up to its great name, the Lake of the Ozarks Mardi Gras Pub Crawl, even though locals call it simply the pub crawl. During the event, participants are take by mini bus to seventeen bars and three pubs. It's become so popular that organizers need sixteen buses and three express buses just to shuttle all the participants around from place to place.
Just five bucks secures your seat. The bus departs at 4:00 pm and can pick up those taking part at various hotels and resorts. Drinking isn't always for a good cause but when you go on this pub crawl you can know that the proceeds are benefiting local charities. There are a couple of rules you should know before you sign up online or in person. No alcohol is permitted on the bus and you have to leave any alcoholic beverages you order during stops in the bars, of course, you'll probably finish them.
