Lake of the Ozarks Marinas

There are more than a few reasons why the Lake of the Ozarks is considered to be one of the best boating destinations in the United States. With over 1,100 miles of shoreline and a surface area that is comprised of more than 55,000 acres, the Lake of the Ozarks offers something for every type of boat and boater. From kayaks and canoe's gently paddling along the wilderness shoreline to jet skis and si boats reaching the maximum possible speeds on the lake's open waters, the Lake of the Ozarks is a paradise for boaters. With all those boats though, it's essential to have quality marinas and boating facilities. The top two marinas on the Lake are located in the communities of Osage Beach and Lake Ozark.

While there are boating facilities found throughout much of the lake, these two marinas offer exceptional service and a wide range of products and services. House boat rentals, gas, maintenance, supplies, slip rentals, and organizing boat charters, rentals, and excursions are just a few of the many important functions these marinas fulfill.

Many visitors to the Lake of the Ozarks consider renting a houseboat to be one of the prime reasons for visiting. The marinas offer a wide range of houseboats with a full complement of options. Flat screen TV, DVDs, full gourmet kithcens, and huge observation decks are just a few features you will find to choose from. Rent the 56’ Getaway Houseboat for your entire extended family or office. Of course, most people prefer to take something a little less deluxe. Ski boats, cabin cruisers, and jet skis are offered for daily or hourly rates that are well within your budget. With all rentals though, don't forget that you have to pay for the gas and sometimes the gas prices are more than you would think, don't panic, just remember to budget it in.

The marinas provide full service restaurants, groceries, convenience stores, and everything you might need while you are on the lake. Sure, you might want to bring your own steaks, but just about everything else can be found once you are on the lake.

This includes restroom, showers, and mooring facilities too. Most rentals need to be returned by 2:00 pm and can be taken out from 8:00 am onwards. If you want to arrange an early start though, you can usually arrange to pick the boat up the night before or even sleep in it at the marina.

In short, you'll find everything you need for an amazing hydro-vacation in the marinas on the Lake of the Ozarks.
