Lake of the Ozarks Art and Ambiance Fair

In truth, you can find great art and handicrafts any time of the year in the region's many art galleries, trade fairs, and cultural events, but the Art and Ambiance fair is special in that it provides a venue for all the regions art and craft workers to come together and showcase their talents at the same time. One of the things that makes Ozark art so special is that it reflects the many cultural influences of the region and has done so with great success since it began back in 2007.

Bob Schwartz, Rita Orr, and Joseph created the event as a way to share the rich and vibrant culture of the Ozarks with visitors and locals alike. The event proved to be a huge success and has drawn thousands of visitors and sent many of them home with beautiful hand made mementos of their visit to the Lake of the Ozarks. Located in the Stone Crest Mall on Highway 54, the displays include not only contemporary arts and crafts but also unique artifacts of the region too. Wood carvings, jewelry, paintings, sculpture, paper items, antiques, Native American artifacts, and photography are just a few of the many things you will see at the Art and Ambiance Fair.
